The journey in public leadership and empowerment of Baddam Prem Maheshwar Reddy
I am Baddam Prem Maheswar Reddy, and my journey in public service began at a young age, inspired by the values instilled in me by my father, Baddam Subash Reddy. Growing up in Gaddiannaram, I learned the importance of community engagement and the impact of dedicated leadership.
My early involvement with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) taught me discipline and the significance of serving others, which laid the foundation for my future in politics.
Before entering the political arena, I gained valuable experience as a Business Development Manager in various corporate companies — developing skills in strategy, client relations and decision-making that shaped my approach to governance and community welfare.
Joining the Bharatiya Janata Party in 1999 marked a turning point in my life. I started as Booth President in Gaddiannaram, rising through leadership roles to Division President and Gaddiannaram Division Corporator (GHMC). Through these positions I focused on empowering youth, addressing community needs and improving local infrastructure.
I believe in a future where development and progress are driven by the needs and aspirations of the people. My journey is a testament to my dedication to creating positive change in Gaddiannaram and Telangana, guided by the values of service, unity and empowerment.
Growing up in a household where public service was both a calling and a responsibility, Baddam Prem Maheswar Reddy inherited a deep sense of duty toward his community. His father's decades of service set the stage — and the example — for his own political career.
