What we collect
We collect only what you provide when you submit a grievance, register for an event, apply to volunteer or contact the office: your name, mobile number, optional email, locality and the details of your request, plus any photograph you choose to attach.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, to route it to the right person, and to let you track its status. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them to build profiles of individuals based on sensitive characteristics.
Consent
Every form records the moment you gave consent. You may withdraw consent and ask for your record to be removed by contacting the office.
Electoral data
This website is not an Election Commission service. Where any electoral information is held, it comes from a registered, documented and authorised source; access is restricted by role, every search is logged, and identifiers such as EPIC numbers are stored only as irreversible hashes rather than in readable form.
Retention
Search logs are kept for 180 days and administrative activity logs for 12 months, after which they are deleted automatically.
Security
Access is protected by individual accounts, role-based permissions, password hashing and rate limiting. Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit trail.
