As part of the official revision exercise, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) may carry out field and household verification.
Practical guidance
- Ask to see official identification before sharing any details.
- Keep proof of identity and proof of residence available for the household.
- Report a deceased family member's record so it can be officially updated.
- Mention any member of the household who has moved away.
